SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Note: All knives are dishwasher safe. As the dishwashing detergents and
chemicals used can attack the metal and leave stains, we therefore recommend
that you always wash the knives by hand and dry them immediately afterwards
with a soft, dry cloth. Do not clean the knife block in the dishwasher.
Avoid cutting with the knife into surfaces that could damage the knife. This
includes, for example, porcelain, laminated surfaces or stainless steel.
Since some foods leave streaks, we recommend that you clean the knives after
each use.
For safety reasons, we recommend that you wash the knives individually.
Always keep the sharp end away from you and your hands and hold the knife
by the handle.
Never test the sharpness of a knife by running your finger along the blade.
When the knives are not in use, store them in a dry place where they are
protected from extreme humidity or temperature fluctuations.
In order to preserve the appearance and quality of the blade, do not use
abrasive cleaners, rough cloths, metal polishes or steel wool to clean the
knives.
