For a longer battery working time we recommend to use the
Low heating stage.
5. Secure the battery pack with the hook and loop strap.
6. When heating is not required, slide the function selection
switch to the position OFF.
Notes:
If one of the heating stages has been selected and the green
respectively the red LED does not shine, the batteries most
likely are spent and have to be recharged (see chapter "Charg-
ing the Batteries").
If the battery pack has not been placed in the storage com-
partment of the jacket and before cleaning the jacket, always
make sure to put small plastic cap on the plug of the connec-
tion cable for the heating elements (7) in order to protect the
plug from damage (see picture below).

Storing

When not in use, store the battery pack and the battery
charger indoors in a dry place that is protected from dust, dirt
and extreme temperatures. Store the battery pack fully
charged.
