6. Operation of the special functions

Special functions can be set or selected 24 hours after start-up.
Proceed as follows if the special functions have not been set:
> Disconnect the control unit from the power supply and restart it
after a waiting time of 5 minutes.
6.1 Thermal disinfection
Please contact an expert if you are uncertain or have any
questions.
CAUTION
> Press and hold until the light ring lights up RED to start the
disinfection process. Release the button immediately.
The light ring flashes RED and the tap unit is flushed with hot
water.
> Press 1x to end the disinfection process.
The thermal disinfection switches off automatically after 5 minutes.
If the temperature does not reach 70 °C within 2 minutes, the
water flow stops and the light ring lights up RED until the control
unit is pressed 1x.
The temperature must be continuously maintained at above 70 °C
for 3 minutes during the thermal disinfection process.
At the end of the process, the light ring lights up GREEN until the
control unit is pressed 1x.
6.2 Factory settings
> Press and hold until the light ring lights up BLUE. Release the
button immediately.
Flashing BLUE twice = factory settings are restored.
