Draining the water reservoir

Unplug the appliance.

Wait for the appliance to cool completely if it is heated.

Hold the appliance upside down and if there is any water remained
in the water reservoir, joggle the appliance in order to drain it.

Close the water refill lid

When the garment steamer gets completely cold, store it in a safe
