Risk of persons being locked in
When the door closes, it cannot be opened from inside.
Install emergency unlocking.
Secure the door against falling closed before entering!
Intended use
The product may be used as follows:
• To lock a door
Improper use
Any use other than that described as intended use is considered to be improper, and therefore not
permitted.
Bosch Rexroth AG is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from improper use. The user alone bears any
risks associated with improper use.
The following foreseeable abnormal uses are also considered improper use:
• Using the product in safety-relevant areas as defi ned in DIN EN 13849-1
• Using the product without customer safeguarding against use as a foot support
Test the functioning of the door lock and emergency unlocking regularly (1x/month).
Adhere to DIN EN ISO 13857 when removing or replacing guards and/or bypassing safety equipment.
