Operation

1. Connect the power plug to a properly grounded socket. Make sure that all
switches are turned to "OFF" position!
2. This oven can be used as a normal oven or rotisserie oven. In a rotisserie
oven the food is placed on a rotating pole in order to heat the food evenly.
3. In order to use the rotisserie function, take out the rotisserie pole and place
the food safely on the fork. Make sure that it cannot fall down.
4. Then put the pole back into the oven by inserting it first into the sleeve on the
right side and then into the bracket on the left side.
During the roasting process the food will loose fat, please insert the tray in the
lower shelve position to prevent the fat from dripping onto the heating
element. Make sure that the food can rotate freely inside the oven after clos-
ing the door.
5. Use the handle for the rotisserie pole to take out the pole with the food.
6. Turn the timer clockwise to set the required time and adjust the heat accord-
ing to the type of food (upper heat, lower heat or upper and lower heat).
The oven is switched on and starts heating. Select the desired temperature
with the temperature control according to the times given in the table Rec-
ommended Temperatures und Cooking Times.
7. After the time runs out, a bell rings and the oven switches off. To stop the
operation in the middle of the process, turn the timer in counter-clockwise
direction to "OFF" and switch the heat regulator to "OFF" position.
8. If you do not want to use the rotisserie function, take out the rotating pole and
place your food on the tray or baking grid.
9. Insert the tray or grid into the upper or lower shelve position and set again the
time and heat to start the operation. Please use the handle to take out the
tray or grid.
Please note that if you do not use the rotisserie function and take out the
rotating pole, the sleeve is still turning. This is normal.
