in mute mode.
Check that the audio and video cables are connected correctly.
Check that the audio format is supported.
Check in the system settings that the digital optical output or HDMI® output are switched in
the correct mode.

Check that the product output and TV device input are set correctly.
Check that all video plugs are connected correctly.
Check that the video format is supported.

15. Maintenance and Cleaning

Servicing or repair must only be carried out by a specialist or specialist workshop. The product
contains no parts that require servicing by you. Therefore, do not open it.
A dry, soft and clean cloth is sufficient for cleaning the outside.
Never use any aggressive cleaning agents, alcohol or other chemical solutions that
would damage the casing (discolouration).
