the wireless outlet turns off automatically after the preset time.
To do so, slide the switch for the time control (10) into the corresponding position.

Connection of the wireless telephone switch
The wireless telephone switch can be connected to any analog telephone that has a plug-type
telephone cable.
The telephone switch is plugged between the telephone cable and the telephone.
Proceed as follows for connection:
• Unplug the telephone cable directly on the telephone. To do so, press the small latch on the
plug downwards and pull the plug out of the telephone.
• Insert this unplugged plug into the socket „Line" (14) of the wireless telephone switch.
• Connect one end of the enclosed cable with the wireless telephone switch (socket „EXT")
and the other end with the free socket on the telephone.
• Check the function of the telephone by picking up the receiver. You should now hear the dial
tone.
• The wireless telephone switch is now ready for operation.
Programming the wireless telephone switch
Before you can properly use the wireless telephone switch, you have to program it with your
personal settings.
You can first program the wireless telephone switch after programming the wireless outlets,
because the channel assignment is set there.
Programming requires a second telephone connection or a mobile phone.
Make sure that this second telephone works in tone dial mode because program-
ming is done via the keypad.
The following is established during programming:
• after how many ring tones the wireless switch is activated
• your personal access code with 4 to 8 digits.
To programme, proceed as follows:
• Slide the switch on the side (16) to the position „SET". The function indicator lights up for 20
seconds.
• Press any key (except RESET) on the remote control during this time. The function display
goes off.
• With the second telephone, dial the number to which the wireless telephone switch is con-
nected.
• After the 5th line signal, you will hear a short „beep".
• Dial the key combination 1 2 3 4 # within 20 seconds.
• If the entry is correct, a brief „beep" sounds.
• Now select the number of dial tones from 1 to 9 at which the wireless telephone switch is
supposed to react, e.g. with the key combination * 4 * („star" - number - „star")
• If the entry is correct, a brief „beep" sounds.
• Enter your personal access code with 4 to 8 digits and acknowledge this with #.
• Programming is finished. Slide the switch (16) to the position „WORK".

• Call the telephone number to which the wireless switch is connected.
• The telephone switch accepts the call after the preset number of dial tones and acknowledges
this with a beep.

Changing/deleting the channel assignment
You can change the channel assignment at any time as described in the chapter
„Programming the wireless outlets".
You can also program several wireless outlets on one channel. To do so, perform the learning
procedure with several wireless outlets at the same time.
If you want to delete all channel assignments (for all wireless outlets and the telephone switch),
press „RESET" (2) on the wireless remote control.
The function indicator blinks after deletion for control purposes (5). Press any key to turn the
blinking off.
Individual deletion is not possible.
Then you have to program the system.
Replacing the batteries
You must change the batteries if the function indicator no longer lights up when pushing the
remote control buttons or when the transmission range is significantly reduced.
The wireless telephone switch signals a battery change acoustically during a remote switching
process. Then 3 beeps sound for acknowledgement.
Disposal
You will thus carry out your legal obligations and contribute to the protection of our environ-
ment.
