To purchase new anti-calc cartridges for your
IronCare water descale filter, please visit our online
shop at www.shop.philips.com/service.
If the online shop is not available in your country, go
to your Philips dealer or a Philips service centre.
If you have any difficulties obtaining anti-calc
cartridges for your IronCare water descale filter,
please contact Philips. You can find the contact
details at www.philips.com/support.
Disposal
- At the end of their lives, you can throw away anti-
calc cartridges and the IronCare water descale
filter with the normal household waste.
Guarantee
Philips Consumer Lifestyle guarantees the Philips
IronCare water descale filter for a period of two years
after the date of purchase. If any defect due to faulty
materials and workmanship occurs within this two-year
guarantee period, Philips Consumer Lifestyle repairs or
replaces the product at its expense. Philips Consumer
Lifestyle will only pay for repair or replacement if
convincing proof is provided, for instance by means of
a receipt that shows that the day on which service is
claimed is within the guarantee period.

Guarantee restrictions

- The guarantee does not cover products and/or
product parts that are subject to wear or that can
be considered consumable parts by their nature,
such as anti-calc cartridges.
