Assembling

1. Place the ice cream maker on a solid,
level surface. Do not touch the freezer
bowl with wet hands, use a cloth.
2. Place the drive shaft of the stirrer into
the slot on the motor unit. Please note
the drive shaft will not engage into
place, it will fit only very loosely into the
slot.
3. Place the transparent lid on the freezer
bowl and securely close it by turning
clockwise until the lid locks in place.
4. Insert the power plug into a wall
socket. The ice cream maker is now
ready for use.

Operating

1. Use only good fruits and fresh ingredients. The temperature of all ingredients
has to be up to 8 – 12 °C. You can also use commercial ice cream powder.
2. Switch the ice cream maker on with the ON/Off switch. The stirrer has to
rotate while pouring the ingredients into the freezer bowl. Otherwise the
ingredients will freeze.
3. Slowly pour the already mixed ingredients through the filling hole. Fill only up
to max. 500 ml into the freezer bowl, as the mixture will increase in volume.
4. Watch the ice cream preparing process to determine in time. Also observe the
preparing hints on the next page to achieve best results.
5. Switch off the ice cream maker with the ON/OFF switch and remove the lid
with the motor unit by turning counter clockwise. Remove the lid and the
stirrer. To take out the ice cream use the included spatula. Never use hard or
sharp objects.
For safety reason the motor unit will automatically switch off, if it will overheat.
The maximum operating time is 1 hour.
