Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunctions,
damage or physical injury:
Make sure the voltage corresponds to the type label on the unit.
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to
use the unit, unless they are supervised for their safety by a qualified person
or are briefed by the responsible person how to use the unit.
Do not plug resp. do not remove the power plugs with wet hands.
Before connecting a consumer, make sure the max. electrical load does not
exceed 2300 Watts.
As consumers, ohm resistive loads and inductive loads powered by 230 V AC
are allowed. Do not connect washing machines, dryers or similar appliances.
Do not cascade the cable reel and do not cover the cable reel while
operation.
Do not disassemble the unit and do not attempt to repair it yourself. The cable
reel does not contain parts serviceable by you. If the housing, electrical
components or the power cord become damaged, do not operate the unit
further more.
Only use the cable reel in dry locations indoors and do not operate the unit
outdoors.
Make sure the cord cannot get jammed or damaged due to sharp edges.
Do not operate the cable reel in adverse conditions such as extreme heat,
cold, high level of moisture, dust, solvents and flammable gases.
Immediately unplug from power mains if liquids enter the housing of the cable
reel. There is risk of fire or electric shock.
Do not pull on the power cord to unplug from power mains. Always grasp the
plug itself to unplug.
