Activating the drive mechanism for:

Push clutch lever fully away and hold it in place.

The attachment must not start to function until
the clutch lever has covered half the distance,
otherwise adjust the Bowden cable.

The drive mechanism is switched off.

Set throttle to "STOP" position.
The engine is switched off.
Maintenance and care
Caution!
Risk of injury on sharp cutting tools.
Wear protective gloves!
Remove the spark plug connector before commencing
any maintenance or cleaning work!
Do not spray the machine with water! Water penetra-
ting the machine could cause it to malfunction.
Clean the machine after every use.
If the machine is left leaning to one side, the spark
plug must face upwards!
Locating bushing for attachments
Clean the locating bushing for attachments after every
use and grease with commercially available multipur-
pose grease. (Fig. 13)
Gears
Regularly check the oil level in the gearbox.
drain plug screw is located on the gear casing, above
the wheel axle, on the same side as the petrol filling
connection of the engine. (Fig. 14)
Position the machine horizontally; support accordingly.

Push off spring connector on the wheel axle and re-
move the wheel.
Unscrew the oil drain plug screw.
Oil level: up to the lower edge of the filler hole; top up
gear oil if required.
