Problem
The cleaning
performance has
decreased.
The robot vacuum
cleaner suddenly
stops cleaning.
The robot vacuum
cleaner switches
off when I press
the power button
to switch it on.

The robot vacuum cleaner runs on integrated software. There is a USB
port under the dust container compartment cover. If there is a software
update, you can use this port to upload the update onto the robot vacuum
cleaner.
1 Check our website www.philips.com/support regularly for updates.
2 If an update is available on this site, follow the instructions on this
site to upload the software update onto the robot vacuum cleaner.
Note: You need a computer with access to the Internet and a USB flash drive
to download the software update from the website.

troubleshooting

This chapter summarises the most common problems you could
encounter with the appliance. If you are unable to solve the problem with
the information below, contact the Consumer Care Centre in your country.
Possible cause
The dust container is full.
The roller brush is dirty.
The mesh filter, exhaust
filter or motor protection
filter is dirty.
You have selected the
spot cleaning mode. In
this mode, the robot
vacuum cleaner stops
when it has finished
cleaning the set area.
An error indication is
shown on the display.
The rechargeable battery
is almost empty.
If the rechargeable
battery is not empty, the
dust container is full.
The roller brush is
jammed with hairs and
dust.
Solution
Empty the dust container (see chapter 'Cleaning and
maintenance').
Clean the roller brush (see chapter 'Cleaning and
maintenance').
Clean the dirty filter or filters (see chapter 'Cleaning
and maintenance').
If you want the robot vacuum cleaner to clean the rest
of the room, select the auto cleaning mode and press
the start/pause button to make the robot vacuum
cleaner clean in auto cleaning mode. If you want to
clean another area in spot cleaning mode, move the
robot vacuum cleaner to another area and press the
start/pause button to start cleaning the area.
Check the error indication table below to establish
what is wrong and solve the problem.
Press the base button on the remote control to
recharge the robot vacuum cleaner on the base station
or connect the robot vacuum cleaner directly to the
mains with the adapter and the mains cord.
Empty the dust container (see chapter 'Cleaning and
maintenance').
Clean the roller brush (see chapter 'Cleaning and
maintenance').
