REPLACING THE NOZZLE

Use a flat-head screwdriver to pry the nozzle
housing out of the case. Then take out the old
nozzle. Press the replacement nozzle into the
nozzle housing, making sure the nozzle front is
flush with the outside of the housing.
CAUTION: If the nozzle is not flush and seated
properly in the nozzle housing, performance will be
lost.

An O-ring seal is required on the following
EAGLE nozzles: All nozzles for the 700/750/950 and
on the 900 #20, #26, #28, #30, and #32.
NOTE: When you replace a nozzle, you may also
need to change the stator to maintain consistent
rotation.

REPLACING THE STATOR

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Make sure the sprinkler does not operate automatically while you
are changing the stator. On electric models, turn the selector to
OFF, as described under MANUAL OPERATION. For hydraulic
and SAM models, turn off the water.
Required Tool: Flat-head screwdriver
Remove the internal assembly. See instructions on page 6.

Use a flat-head screwdriver to pry the stator
and/or internal screen from the internal assembly.

Replace with the appropriate stator
configuration. Position the poppet as required. Snap
the new stator/internal screen onto the rotor and
place the internal assembly back in the case. See
instructions on page 7 under Installing the Internal
Assembly.
NOTE: The purpose of the stator is to control the speed of the
rotor. When changing the stator make sure to use all the parts in
the nozzle/stator kit.

NOTA IMPORTANTE:
Asegúrese que el rociador no se active automáticamente
mientras se está cambiando el estator. En los modelos eléctricos,
ponga el selector en la posición de apagar, como se describe bajo
el título FUNCIONAMIENTO MANUAL. En los modelos
hidráulicos y SAM, corte el suministro de agua.

NOTA: El estator sirve para controlar la velocidad del rotor. Al
sustituir el estator, asegúrese de usar todos los componentes
incluidos en el juego de la boquilla/estator.

Use un destornillador plano para levantar y
sacar la envuelta de la boquilla de la caja de la
unidad. Después, saque la boquilla vieja. Inserte la
boquilla de repuesto en su envuelta, asegurándose
que su parte delantera quede a ras con la parte
exterior de la envuelta.
PRECAUCION: Si la boquilla no queda a ras y
debidamente asentada en su envuelta, se
perjudicará su rendimiento.

Las siguientes boquillas EAGLE requieren un
anillo "O" sellador: Todas las boquillas para los
modelos 700/750/950, y las boquillas #20, #26, #28,
#30 y #32 en el modelo 900.
NOTA: Cuando se sustituye una boquilla, puede ser
necesario sustituir también el estator para que el
movimiento de rotación sea consistente.

Use un destornillador plano para levantar y
sacar el estator y/o el tamiz interior del conjunto
interno.

Substituya el estator por uno con la
configuración correcta. Coloque el husillo en la
posición que se requiera. Encaje el estator y cedazo
al rotor y coloque el ensamblaje interno
nuevamente al casco. Consulte las instrucciones
dadas en la pagina #7 bajo la seccion Instalando el
Ensamblaje Interno.
