Problem
Indoor unit does not operate when a
button is pressed.
If the wireless remote control display is illuminated
Symptom
Indoor unit does not operate when a
button is pressed.
The unit does not cool or heat
properly.
If the CHECK display on the wired remote control display is flashing
Stop the indoor unit and check the conditions. After three minutes, start the operation again.

• The air conditioner No. "01" appears during normal
installation and use. When using group control, a different
number may appear.
Check the following before calling for servicing
Cause
• Is there a power outage?
• Is the circuit breaker on?
• Are the wireless remote control's
batteries weak?
Cause
• Is the remote control out of range of
the indoor unit's ray receiver?
• Does the address number match with
the setting of the indoor unit's ray
receiver ADDRESS SET switch?
• Check whether an appropriate
operation mode is selected?
• Is anything blocking the inlet or outlet
vents of indoor or outdoor unit?
• Is the air filter soiled or dusty?
• Check if doors or windows have been
opened and closed frequently, or
whether heat-operating equipment
such as gas stoves and irons are
being used in the same room.

Solution
Turn off the operation button once, then
turn it on again.
If the circuit breaker is off, turn it on.
If the batteries are weak, replace with
new batteries.
