3.7.6 Install the wire ropes
1. Push the threaded end piece of the wire ropes from
below into the head plate of the column.
2. Fasten the threaded end piece from above with a nut
and washer.
3. Secure the threaded end piece with an additional
lock nut.

4. Install the wire ropes for the other three columns in
the same manner.

The locking bars are pre-fitted in the columns at the
factory.

3.8 Connection of operating unit

The power cord must be connected by a qualified
electrician as per VDE 0100.
1. Open the operating unit at the control column.
2. Connect the power cord in the operating unit
in accordance with the circuit diagram (refer to
Section 6).

3. Check the protective conductors.
3.9 Installing pneumatic system
1. Connect up the pneumatic hoses inside the lifting
platform on the basis of the pneumatics diagram
(refer to Section 7).
2. Connect the compressed air inlet of the lifting
platform to the user's compressed air supply.

The compressed air inlet is located at the top of the
hydraulic unit (connection to 3/2-way valve).
3. Set the user's compressed air service unit to an
outlet pressure of 8 bar.
