RECEIVER
•
Remove the battery cover from the rear
of the receiver.
•
Insert 2 AAA batteries into the battery
compartment, as indicated by the + and
– symbols.
•
Replace the battery cover.
•
Slide the "power" button in the base of
the transmitter across to "on" to switch
the transmitter on (and to "off " to switch
it off ).
TRANSMITTER
•
Slide the battery cover off .
•
Insert 2 AAA batteries into the battery
compartment, as indicated by the + and
– symbols.
•
Replace the battery cover.

Slide the "power" button in the base of
the transmitter across to "on" to switch
the transmitter on (and to "off " to switch
it off ).
Important information:
•
LED INDICATOR: The red LED light on
the transmitter comes on to indicate
that it is on and transmitting.
•
CONNECTING THE PROBE: Find the
probe contact on the right side of the
transmitter. Push the probe connector
into the contact.
•
The probe cord can only be used under
250 °C. Note: Do not put the probe cord
into the grill or oven directly if their real
temperature is above 250 °C.
USE
1. Connect the probe to the transmitter as
speci� ed above.
2. Push the probe tip into the middle of
the meat (at the thickest point). Make
sure not to go right through the meat.
The probe must not be exposed to a
naked � ame.
CHOICE OF MEAT TYPE AND
COOKING PREFERENCE
•
Press "MEAT" button to select the
required meat type.
(Beef - Lamb - Veal - Hamburger - Pork
- Turkey - Chicken - Fish)

Press "TASTE" to choose how you want
