Product Description
The unit is a filter and water course pump with electronically adjustable flow rate and patented connection of optional
filter accessories. The unit can be installed submersed and is also suitable for dry installation. The strainer casing fil-
ters coarse debris and leaves (this only applies to submerged installation).
Intended use
AquaMax Eco Premium 4000/6000/8000/10000/12000/16000/20000, referred to as "unit", may only be used as speci-
fied in the following:
• For pumping normal pond water for filters, waterfalls and water courses.
• Operate in accordance with instructions.
• Operation under observance of the permissible water quality. (→ Water quality)
The following restrictions apply to the unit:
• Do not use in swimming ponds.
• Never use the unit to convey fluids other than water.
• Never run the unit without water.
• Do not use for commercial or industrial purposes.
• Do not use in conjunction with chemicals, foodstuff, easily flammable or explosive substances.
• Do not connect to the domestic water supply.

Installation and connection
The unit is either installed submersed (in water) or dry (outside the water).
Submerged installation of the pump
For submerged installation, the unit is prepared for operation with a pond filter, satellite filter, or skimmer and pond fil-
ter. Filters and skimmers are not included in the scope of delivery.
Adhere to the following conditions for dry installation:

• Never operate the pump in a swimming pond.
• Ensure that the connection to the power supply is at least 2 m from the pond.
• Place the pump in a horizontal position on a suitable base and bolt down.
