The resolution basically determines the image quality. The higher
the resolution, the more memory a recording requires.

You can record the first three seconds of an action that you
otherwise might have missed. When pre-recording is activated,
the camera automatically starts recording video before the
shutter button is fully pressed.
This function is used to reduce wind noises during video
recording.
You can use this function to record videos using the autofocus
method. The available settings are ON and OFF.
