Principle of operation

The BMD 1H is a level sensor with polished rod probe for continuous
level or interface measurement, particularly suitable for applications in
the food processing and pharmaceutical industry.
Optionally an autoclaved version with separable housing is available.
High frequency microwave pulses are guided along a steel cable or
a rod. Upon reaching the product surface, the microwave pulses are
ted as level.
